Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:

The nighty must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

The product must be in its original condition.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Hygiene Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been:

Worn or used.

Washed.

Damaged after delivery.

Returned without original tags or packaging.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

The product.

The packaging.

Your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Exchange
Size exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the wrong or damaged item was sent by us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
